Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationships between NANCEZI Coaching & Consulting and its clients for any coaching and training services.

Article 2 - Services

NANCEZI Coaching & Consulting offers individual and group coaching services, professional training, and leadership consulting.

Article 3 - Pricing

Prices are provided upon request and are subject to a prior quote. Prices are indicated in euros and may be subject to VAT according to current legislation.

Article 4 - Payment Terms

Payment is made according to the terms defined in the quote or training agreement. A deposit may be requested upon signing the contract.

Article 5 - Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the session, the session will be due.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

All information exchanged during services is strictly confidential.
