The Founder's Journey
Fulvie BOA: Founder & President
Fulvie BOA is the founder and President of NANCEZI Coaching & Consulting.
She worked 26 years at Orange Business, successively holding positions as Account Service Manager, Business Director, Manager, and Strategic Director for French and International Clients in the Luxury, Industry, Pharma, Aerospace, Public Sector and other industries. She supported 50+ employees in their personal promotion journeys and designed Onboarding programs. As part of the "Lead The Future" Strategic Plan, she contributed to a large-scale social monitoring initiative and facilitated group discussions with over 350 employees and 50 managers.
Her international background, operational and strategic expertise at the heart of Client Relations, allow her to readily understand Human and Business Challenges, from Executive Committees to grasp the expectations of companies and individuals across all sectors in France and Internationally.
Fulvie BOA is an author of personal development books. Driven by her passion for the African Continent, she writes tales and novels based on the ancestral wisdom of the Continent. In 2024, she founded Fulvie Fashion, which promotes the art of Men and Women of the Diaspora.
Holding a Master's degree in International Business, Fulvie BOA is a Certified Master Coach, RNCP Certified Coach (in progress) and Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Technician.
