A pillar of the family, an entrepreneur, eager to achieve her own dreams — the diaspora woman juggles contradictory demands every day. The S.T.A.R Program was designed to support women leaders of the Afro-Descendant Diaspora: combat impostor syndrome, develop their employability, and transform their leadership strategy while respecting their cultural uniqueness.
Based on standardized and ethical coaching, this training anchors Leadership respectful of the dual Western culture and Afro-Caribbean heritage, with tailored strategies and tools to transform these women leaders into indispensable, impactful Leaders.
The 1st S.T.A.R cohort started in June 2024 between Paris, Abidjan and Duékoué (Ivory Coast)
We brought together about ten Women of the Diaspora; Algeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal, African-Americans. With their expertise across diverse sectors such as Industry, Technology, Real Estate, Telecoms, Diplomacy, and Government, they joined the 1st S.T.A.R cohort in a spirit of Empowerment and Sisterhood, immersing themselves in the Wé Culture (People of Western Ivory Coast) to recharge, refocus their worldview and redefine the impact they wish to leave.
